America’s Best Wings’ food policy includes refund requests for incorrect or missing food, and the ability to earn and redeem points for rewards.
- Refunds
- Refunds are available for orders with incorrect or missing food.
- Refunds are not usually given for food that you don’t like or are dissatisfied with.
- Refunds are not given if you change your mind or order the wrong item after it’s prepared.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.
- The original receipt must be included with the request.
- Refunds are issued to the same card used for the original purchase.

- Customers can earn points with each purchase.
- Points can be redeemed for rewards through the America’s Best Wings app.
- Customers can track their points balance and progress towards rewards.
