  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 clove fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

Step 1: Preheat oven and season chicken

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil.
